With over 32 years of experience in leading teams of volunteers and mentoring leaders, Roberta has a wealth of knowledge on how to create a strong culture and vision to work together for continuous improvement.
Roberta’s passion lies in people fulfilling their potential. With her experience and understanding of ECE, she is passionate about helping teams discover and work from their strengths, bringing growth and success to accomplish their vision.

Melissa has 13 years of experience as a qualified teacher in the ECE sector, with 8 of those in leadership, including being a Centre Manager and external Mentor to qualified teachers.
Melissa’s knowledge and skills lead her to develop mentoring processes and deliver tailored professional learning to her teams, relevant to their learning journey.
Melissa has worked with centres to turn around their staff culture and create a positive and engaged team promoting success for children and their centres.
